Managing High Performance Teams
The Simitri Managing High Performance Teams Workshop provides managers, team
leaders and supervisors with the skills to improve the performance and contributions of
individual team members and the team as a whole.
The course is focused on the “how to” aspect including developing a team framework,
setting goals, empowering team members, providing feedback and dealing with conflict.
The workshop will also address the softer skills including building rapport, understanding
your team members, probing and listening.
During the workshop a number of individual and group exercises and role-plays are used
to help participants gain a better understanding of their team leadership style, and
equally important, how it is viewed by others.

• Build rapport and foster productive working relationships with team members

new skills in the workplace.
